
Chinese Adzuki Bean Stir-Fry (Serves 2)
In this recipe I use fresh ginger. It’s so good for you and I love it. Use as much in this recipe as you dare!
Ingredients 1 med onion - diced 1 green pepper - sliced into thin strips 100g mushrooms - sliced Fresh ginger - peeled & chopped (½ thumb size) 2 cloves garlic ½ chilli - freshly diced (optonal) 1 dsp Sesame oil 100g Cashew nuts 250g Get Real Adzuki beans 50g Waterchestnuts - sliced 100g Fresh bean sprouts 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 100g prawns (optional)
