A wonderful way to enjoy delicious vegetables within a unique and lusciously creamy filling. The rich colour and taste comes from the free-range organic eggs and fresh creamy milk. This quiche was created on the farm in Shropshire and for this recipe I have included parsley and oregano in the pastry to add to the taste experience!

A great British favourite, the filling has all the goodness from fresh creamy milk, cheese and eggs. The organic eggs add a rich natural colour to the filling because the hens have free access to grass which contains carotene.

All this delicious filling is encased in a light short crust pastry case speckled with freshly milled stone-ground flour direct from the farm.

A great centre piece for tea ... a great start to the weekend!
